Upon successful completion of an order from our online store, you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the order by phone or email within 24 hours. The deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods to your home is from 2 to 5 working days for Greece and 5 to 10 working days for Cyprus after the confirmation of the order and the deadline can be extended if official holidays occur In any case, if for any reason there is a delay in the specified delivery times, you will be informed in time by us. The delivery of the ordered goods is done by courier and according to the set deadlines. Delivery is via ACS - Elta Courier - Kronos Express.
When you order an unavailable product or a product that has been created based on your own creation or photo, the delivery time is 30 days.
The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person who will accept and pay for the ordered products. If the customer (or a person authorized by him) is not at the agreed delivery time and telephone communication is not possible at the time of delivery, the shipment is returned to the courier office.

In case of product return, the following applies.
You must notify us of the return so that we can provide you with the special return code. The return of the product is done only through Elta courier and only after communication between the client and Tapiseri.gr.
After delivering the product to the Elta Courier courier, you should send us the shipping code (tracking number) via email or chat. As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse and is checked, one of our colleagues will call you to inform you about the process of refund or exchange with another product.
